How to make the perfect wedding cake.

After years of working for the top hotels in Hawai'i, the capital of the wedding industry, I have mastered techniques and designs for high-quality wedding cakes.

 

The cakes I have tailored have been part of many celebrations since I started in the industry at the young age of 14, and it truly gives me great joy to see the happiness they bring.

In the meantime, I continue working for marvelous hotels with incredible pastry executive chefs.

Years of learning.

Due to my multicultural background and my elevated interest in mastering flavors, there are pastries I have baked and adapted to perfection creating my own recipes. From cookies, breads, and French pastries, but there is so much more to learn.
