I like to think I started my career as a baker when I was a toddler. My Mom would invite me into the kitchen to bake with her, and I have the warmest memories since then.

Eventually, I traveled to New York to attend the International Culinary Center in NY in 2015 and my faith was sealed.

​

I have dedicated my life to creating innovative recipes and cake designs.

I would love to continue working in pastry departments since all the pastry executive chefs I have worked for have given me great guidance.

The hummingbird cake design cake is part of many of my creations. I especially enjoy applying art techniques to cakes since combined with amazing flavors you can come up with unforgettable desserts and cakes.
